Md. Rahat Karim | Aviation Professional
As a ground operations professional working at international airports in Bangladesh, I strongly believe that improving airport infrastructure and operational efficiency should be a top priority for the new government. While passenger traffic has increased significantly, airport facilities, equipment availability, and manpower planning have not kept pace.
Investment in modern ground handling equipment, automated systems, and structured manpower development programs will significantly improve safety, reduce delays, and enhance the passenger experience. Additionally, introducing internationally recognized aviation training standards and certification programs will help develop skilled manpower and position Bangladesh as a competitive aviation hub in the region.
Aviation is not just transportation; it is a gateway to economic growth, tourism, and global connectivity.
