Each stakeholder including airlines, GSA, GHA, regulators & service providers should have clearly defined responsibilities under a structured accountability framework which reduces operational disruptions and financial losses.
Implementing a practical, enforceable, transparent accountability system is not just necessary but also essential for the sector’s sustainable growth and operational excellence. I believe concerns should come forward.
