Key Responsibilities
Global Logistics & Planning
- Support budget planning by identifying cost-saving options without compromising the premium quality of experiences.
- Lead and streamline global travel logistics—craft seamless itineraries, coordinate with global vendors, and manage accommodations and transport.
International Partnerships
- Build and strengthen partnerships with global tour operators, local guides, and service providers across destinations.
Quality Assurance
- Monitor on-ground trip execution to maintain consistent, high-quality, safe, and memorable experiences.
SOP & Process Development
- Design and implement scalable SOPs to support Wander Woman’s global expansion and operational efficiency.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Customer Experience, and Product teams to deliver aligned, impactful travel experiences.
Crisis & Issue Management
- Serve as the first responder to operational challenges during trips; provide quick and practical solutions.
Compliance & Safety
- Stay updated with international travel laws, safety guidelines, and ethical practices to safeguard travelers’ trust.
Candidate Requirements
- Gender: Female
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (completed)
- Experience: 1–2 years in operations, travel, logistics, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience in a similar role preferred
- Passionate about travel, problem-solving, and people management
Working Hours
- Weekdays: Sunday – Thursday
- Time: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Weekend: Friday & Saturday
