Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Tourism & Hospitality Management, Aviation, or related field)
  • 1–2 years of experience in the aviation industry
  • Prior instructional/training experience preferred
  • IELTS score minimum 6.5 (preferred)
  • Teaching or IELTS training experience will be an added advantage
  • Practical knowledge of airline reservation & ticketing
  • Strong understanding of GDS & web-based reservation systems
    (PNR creation, modification, cancellation, ticket issuing, reissuing & refunds)
  • Ability to adapt to diverse teaching methods and learning styles
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication skills and professional appearance
  • Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct training on Aviation Orientation, Reservation & Ticketing, GDS systems, and Sabre Software
  • Provide engaging training materials including handouts, presentations, and visual content
  • Organize and conduct workshops with OTA teams, aligning SOPs with training outcomes
  • Update trainees on aviation trends, global practices, and technological advancements
  • Revise and modernize training modules as per IATA and ICAO standards
  • Customize learning content for specific departmental objectives
  • Prepare assessment papers, conduct exams, and evaluate trainee performance
  • Monitor soft-skill development and professional readiness
  • Identify operational gaps within OTA workflows and suggest improvements
  • Coordinate periodic training workshops with OTAs
  • Deliver on-site training on GDS systems (Sabre, Galileo)
  • Liaise with external vendors to implement advanced training tools
