Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and accurate customer support via hotline and other communication channels
- Resolve inquiries with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
- Maintain punctuality and ensure smooth communication flow
- Collaborate with team members to support process improvement
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance revenue
- Stay updated on industry trends and customer service best practices
- Contribute to a positive, motivated team environment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of experience (CRM / customer support preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in Bangla & English
- Professional, punctual, and self-driven attitude
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM
