S.A. TRAVEL & TOURS, a Dhaka-based Online Travel Agency (OTA), is hiring a skilled Reservation Officer for its Naya Paltan office. Candidates with strong GDS knowledge and hands-on ticketing skills are highly encouraged to apply.
Position: Reservation Officer (Full-Time, On-Site)
Location: Rupayan FPAB Tower, Naya Paltan, Dhaka
Salary Range: BDT 30,000 – 50,000 (Based on experience)
Job Responsibilities
- Manage global air ticket reservations and hotel bookings
- Handle customer queries through phone, email & social media
- Issue, reissue, refund & void airline tickets
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for operational accuracy
- Maintain professional communication and ensure quality customer service
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the travel & ticketing industry (freshers with strong skills may also apply)
- Proficiency in Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo / Travelport
- Bachelor’s in Business, Travel Management, or related field
- Strong communication skills in English & Bengali
- High attention to detail & customer-centric mindset
