Position: Air Ticket Reservation Officer

Location: Uttara, Dhaka
The organization is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Air Ticket Reservation Officer with demonstrated expertise in Sabre, Travelport, and NDC workflows. The ideal candidate will have substantial hands-on experience in managing end-to-end airline ticketing operations while ensuring strict compliance with IATA BSP procedures and all relevant airline regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic & international reservations using Sabre and Travelport
- Issue, reissue, refund, cancel & void tickets according to airline fare rules
- Manage NDC content, including airline offers, ancillaries & branded fares
- Process schedule changes, involuntary changes & airline policy updates
- Ensure full compliance with IATA BSP standards and internal controls
- Liaise with airlines & GDS helpdesks for ticketing support
- Provide professional, time-sensitive service to corporate & retail clients
- Maintain accurate PNR records and prepare daily sales reports
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in air ticketing
- Practical knowledge of Sabre & Travelport (mandatory)
- Experience with NDC booking and ticketing workflows
- Strong understanding of fare rules, penalties, refunds & reissues
- Familiarity with BSP reporting and ticketing compliance
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Strong communication skills in English (Bangla preferred)
