Public Opinion Public Recommendations for Strengthening Bangladesh’s Aviation & Tourism Sectors
বাংলাদেশে ইকো-ট্যুরিজমের বিশাল সম্ভাবনা আছে, কিন্তু নীতিগত সহায়তা কম। ছোট উদ্যোক্তাদের জন্য সহজ ঋণ সুবিধা ও প্রশিক্ষণ সহায়তা থাকলে গ্রামীণ পর্যটন দ্রুত বাড়তে পারে।
পর্যটন উন্নয়নের সময় পরিবেশ সুরক্ষা বাধ্যতামূলক করা উচিত। স্থানীয় জনগণকে অংশীদার না করলে টেকসই পর্যটন সম্ভব নয়।
সরকার চাইলে ‘Community-Based Tourism Fund’ গঠন করতে পারে, যা স্থানীয় পর্যায়ে কর্মসংস্থান বাড়াবে।
"স্মার্ট এয়ারপোর্ট ব্যবস্থাপনা এখন আর বিলাসিতা নয়, প্রয়োজন। ডিজিটাল প্যাসেঞ্জার ফ্লো মনিটরিং, স্বয়ংক্রিয় ব্যাগেজ ট্র্যাকিং, এবং রিয়েল-টাইম অপারেশনাল ড্যাশবোর্ড চালু করা গেলে বিলম্ব ও বিশৃঙ্খলা কমবে।

A national Aviation Skills Framework should be developed in collaboration with airlines, ground handling agencies, and training institutes.
If workforce competency improves, service quality, safety culture, and international reputation will automatically strengthen.
