Course Overview
This course offers a comprehensive understanding of Aviation Ground Operations.
From the moment an aircraft lands at the airport until it takes off again, a wide range of ground services are required — collectively known as ground operations.
These activities include passenger passport and visa verification, check-in and baggage check, security screening, passenger assistance at boarding gates, cabin cleaning, ramp services, baggage and cargo loading or unloading, aircraft refueling, and passenger management during emergencies.

Ground operations are highly sensitive and safety-critical, requiring professionals to maintain international standards of passenger service and security. Proper training is therefore essential to build a successful career in this sector.

With the upcoming expansion of Dhaka Airport’s Third Terminal and the commencement of international operations at Cox’s Bazar Airport, the demand for skilled ground operation professionals will increase significantly.
