Travela, a short-term accommodation rental platform in Bangladesh, is currently hiring an Executive – Community Support for its office in Dhanmondi 27, Dhaka.
Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-time, On-site
- Salary Range: BDT 20,000 – 22,000 (based on experience)
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer support
- Proficiency in CRM systems, smartphone, and computer use
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, ensuring timely support
- Follow up with leads, confirm sales, and resolve customer issues
- Manage online queries through Facebook, website, WhatsApp, and live chat
- Address complaints and provide feedback solutions
- Engage customers to encourage repeat business
- Work collaboratively with the team to improve customer experience
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends
- Perform tasks as assigned by management
Working Hours:
- 8-hour shifts (roster basis)
- 5–6 working days per week (weekend: Friday & alternate Saturday)
- On-site at Dhanmondi 27
