Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales or travel agency business development
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage field operations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of the local travel agency ecosystem in the Chattogram Division
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with travel agents and corporate clients
- Promote Ticket Lagbe’s services and onboard new B2B partners
- Conduct regular field visits and follow-ups with existing and prospective clients
- Analyze sales data and provide insights for strategy improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to achieve regional growth targets
