Emirates Group to Hire Over 17,000 Professionals in Global Recruitment Drive
Cabin Crew, Pilots, Engineers, Ground Handling, and More Openings Across 350 Roles

The Emirates Group has announced a significant global recruitment campaign, aiming to hire more than 17,000 professionals across 350 job categories during the upcoming financial year. The positions include cabin crew, pilots, engineers, customer service, ground handling, IT, HR, finance, and more.
As part of the campaign, dnata—a subsidiary of the Emirates Group—will recruit over 4,000 personnel to support cargo, catering, and ramp operations.
Recruitment Events Across 150 Cities
Emirates plans to conduct over 2,100 open days and talent acquisition events in 150 cities around the world. Some events will take place in Dubai and will target UAE national students and graduates, reinforcing the group’s commitment to national talent development.
