Wings Travels is hiring for its Dhaka office and is looking for a dedicated professional to join its growing Ticketing Team. The company is currently seeking a Reservation & Ticketing Executive (Executive/Sr. Executive level) to support international and domestic booking operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GDS platforms, airline documentation policies, and fare rule validations.
β Job Description
- Handle international and domestic bookings
- Issue, reissue, and process refunds via GDS platforms and interline portals
- Ensure fare rules are checked before ticket issuance
- Update PNR QC and check for SSR requirements (child, infant, senior citizen)
- Ensure required documentation is complete and accurate
- Conduct QC checks (time limits, cancellations, time changes)
- Maintain daily CRM updates and profile documentation
- Send daily sales reports via email
- Ensure compliance with airline documentation policies
β Educational Qualification
- Graduation or Post-Graduation
π Technical Skills
- MS Word
- Excel
- Photoshop Illustrator
- Amadeus / NDC
- Web-based airline operations
π Experience Required
- 2β3 years of relevant experience in reservation and ticketing
