Job Overview
Tripnes Ltd. is hiring a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to oversee and lead its Online Travel Agency (OTA) operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing business strategies, managing digital operations, and ensuring effective leadership within the organization’s travel technology division.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in travel, tourism, or digital business sectors (OTA experience preferred).
- At least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of online travel platforms, booking engines, and e-commerce.
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to position Tripnes as a top OTA in Bangladesh.
- Oversee OTA operations including technology, digital marketing, product development, and partner relations.
- Lead business expansion, innovation, and service excellence initiatives.
- Build and manage a high-performing team to meet business goals.
- Maintain strong partnerships with airlines, hotels, and service providers.

Eligibility:
