Wings for All – aviation.com.bd’s CSR Initiative for Inclusive Aviation Skill Development
aviation.com.bd is proud to introduce “Wings for All”, a free online aviation training program designed for underprivileged yet talented youths from remote regions of Bangladesh. This is part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to empower the next generation of aviation professionals through accessible skill development.
Bangladesh’s aviation industry is expanding rapidly with major developments like the 3rd terminal at Dhaka Airport and Cox’s Bazar Airport’s international upgrade. However, there is a noticeable shortage of skilled ground operation staff. Aviation.com.bd Academy aims to bridge this gap by offering foundational training in aviation ground operations, and the “Wings for All” initiative will make sure that the underprivileged groups are not fallen behind.
🎓 Training Overview
- Course Name: Basics of Aviation Ground Operation
- Mode: Fully Online
- Duration: 10 Days (2 hours per day)
- Start Date: 10 June 2025
- Certification: Certificate of Completion upon successful participation
✅ Who Can Apply?
- Minimum HSC or equivalent qualification
- Basic understanding of English
- Basic computer and internet literacy
- Genuine interest in building a career in the aviation sector

- Statement of Purpose (SOP): A 200-word write-up explaining “Why you should be selected for this training”
