Qualifications
Educational Requirements
- Graduate Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or relevant fields preferred.
Skills & Knowledge
- In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, tour packages, and travel regulations.
- Strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in handling complex travel arrangements and client service expectations.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Travel Consultant.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required for the Senior Executive position.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply for the Executive position.
Key Responsibilities
Travel Planning & Client Management
- Create and manage bespoke travel itineraries tailored to client needs.
- Coordinate complex travel plans for high-profile and corporate clients.
- Arrange flights, accommodation, transportation, and other related travel services.
Vendor Management
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure the best deals.
Customer Support
- Address client inquiries and resolve travel-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate client records and travel documentation.
Market Insights & Operations
- Monitor travel trends and identify new service opportunities.
- Support various operational tasks assigned by line managers.
