Additional Requirements:
- Age between 20 to 30 years.
- Prior experience or knowledge in reservation and ticketing is essential.
- Hands-on experience with GDS systems (Global Distribution System) will be highly preferred.
- Must have excellent customer service skills and handle passengers in a proper and polite manner.
- Should possess a problem-solving mindset.
- Daily activity reporting to the concerned authority.
Vacancy:
- 01 Position Available
Job Responsibilities:
- Calculate ticket prices, arrange travel routes, provide schedules, and fare information to passengers.
- Make reservations, issue tickets, handle EMD (Electronic Miscellaneous Document), extra baggage tickets, Hajj tickets, and process ticket changes, revalidations, rerouting, and refunds.
- Manage professional communication via phone, fax, email, and telex.
- Address and solve customer issues at the sales counter or station, or escalate to supervisors.
- Participate in ground operation support and, if required, assist in cargo operations.
- Execute corrective and preventive actions as per process guidelines.
- Coordinate with external institutions, authorities, and service providers if assigned by the supervisor.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned related to station and customer service operations.
- Handle telephone inquiries, assist callers, take messages, and offer required information.
- Greet and welcome passengers warmly, addressing inquiries and service needs.
- Maintain updated information and program tracking.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from any reputed university.
- Additional certifications or diplomas related to GDS, Tourism, or Hospitality Management will be a significant advantage.
