Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify and target potential corporate clients across various industries including multinational companies, government agencies, and travel management companies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, travel managers, and corporate decision-makers.
- Understand corporate clients’ travel needs and offer tailored solutions for long-term business growth.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a corporate sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Negotiate and close corporate contracts including pricing structures, volume agreements, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to spot trends and new opportunities.
Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients to ensure high satisfaction.
- Track client performance, booking patterns, spending behaviors, and resolve any service concerns proactively.
- Coordinate with internal teams including reservation, ticketing, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis against targets.
- Identify sales trends, risks, and opportunities and report findings to senior management for decision-making.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to design corporate-specific promotions, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
Industry Networking & Representation
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to promote the airline’s corporate services.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest travel industry trends and innovations to better serve corporate clients.
Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate sales (preferably in airline or travel industry).
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing high-value corporate accounts.
- Strong background in contract negotiation, pricing strategies, and client management.
Skills
- Exceptional sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, particularly with senior-level executives.
- Strong understanding of corporate travel needs, volume booking management, and loyalty programs.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Other Requirements
- Willingness to travel locally or internationally as needed for meetings or events.
- Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and motivated to excel in a competitive sales environment.
