Position: GDS Expert (Galileo)
Location: Baridhara DOHS, Dhaka – 1206
Employment Type: Full-time (Office-based)
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (6 days a week)

Key Responsibilities
- Search and book international and domestic flights using Galileo/Amadeus GDS
- Create PNRs and handle ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds & cancellations
- Follow fare rules, routing guidelines, airline policies & baggage regulations
- Recommend the most suitable and cost-effective flight options
- Manage airline schedule changes and resolve ticketing-related issues
- Maintain professional communication with corporate and individual clients
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Galileo/Amadeus GDS (mandatory)
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a travel agency
- Clear understanding of ticketing, reissue, refund & void processes
- Strong communication skills in English and Bengali
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work under pressure
- Knowledge of Sabre or Galileo will be treated as an added advantage
