Emirates Airlines has announced a vacancy for the position of Senior Customer Sales & Service Agent (DAC). The role involves delivering premium customer service, supporting reservations and ticketing operations, and assisting in achieving the station’s commercial objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service to Emirates passengers, including fare information, booking support, and travel planning.
- Issue Emirates tickets in compliance with all airline rules, fare policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Guide passengers on visa, passport, health guidelines, baggage rules, and check-in procedures.
- Promote Emirates services such as Skywards enrollment, upgrades, hotel bookings, Dubai Stopovers, and other revenue-generating products.
- Support Travel Agents with special fare quotations, booking assistance, and ticketing formalities.
- Handle online queries, special service requests, and medical-related cases.
- Act as the first escalation point for complex bookings and challenging customer interactions.
- Assist the Team Leader in supervising staff and maintaining service quality.
- Retail Office: Ensure ticket documentation, promotional displays, and end-of-day sales closure.
Requirements
- Minimum GCSE / A-Level or equivalent academic qualification.
- Prior experience in a contact center, reservations office, airline, or travel agency environment.
- Knowledge of airline reservations systems, fares & ticketing, Skywards, and standard industry procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), Email & Windows operations.
- Strong communication, customer handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Must have the legal right to work in Bangladesh.
