Qualifications
- MBA / BBA from a reputed university
- Minimum CGPA 3.00 (out of 4.00) in Graduation
- Minimum GPA 4.00 (out of 5.00) in SSC & HSC

Job Responsibilities
- Ensure highest standard of service for customers
- Prepare periodical reports in prescribed format
- Explore new prospective customers & maintain existing relationships
- Respond to customer queries with accurate product information
- Make reservations and issue tickets as per requirements
- Conduct follow-up calls to gather customer feedback and encourage repeat business
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by line manager or competent authority
Additional Requirements
- Proficiency in advanced MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Honest, ethical, dependable, and proactive
- Team player with empathy and strong interpersonal skills
