Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputed public/private university
- Minimum CGPA 3.00 (out of 4.00); SSC & HSC minimum GPA 4.00 (out of 5.00)
- No third division/equivalent accepted
- Preference for English-medium (O/A Level) or foreign graduates
- Must be flexible to work in multiple shifts, including nights, weekends & holidays
Job Responsibilities
- Follow instructions from the Shift In-Charge before starting duties
- Perform check-in tasks: ticket verification, boarding pass issuance, baggage tagging
- Prepare & verify trim sheets ensuring accurate passenger/baggage counts
- Make public announcements as required
- Manage boarding gate duties and guide passengers to apron area
- Support apron operations: supervise passenger & baggage embarkation/disembarkation
- Monitor arrival baggage hall ensuring accurate baggage delivery
- Maintain organized records of departure & arrival documentation
- Handle lost/mishandled baggage, complete PIRs, ensure timely delivery
- Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors
Desired Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in Ground Operations/Customer Service preferred
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving ability and responsibility handling
- Supervisory and quick decision-making skills
- Good attitude, work ethic, and computer literacy
- Ability to work any shift (day/night)
Additional Requirements
- Age: 22–28 years (may be relaxed for deserving candidates)
- Minimum Height: Male 5’6″ (167.64 cm), Female 5’3″ (160.02 cm)
- Weight proportionate to height (BMI 18–25)
- No affidavit accepted
- Eyesight: 6/6, no color blindness (spectacles not accepted; LASIK considered for exceptional candidates)
- Fluent in Bengali & English (spoken & written)
- Medically fit with strong physical appearance; no visible tattoos or marks
- Smart, professional, and presentable attitude
