Expo Group is currently inviting dynamic individuals to be part of its expanding team under the Reservation & Ticketing department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional reservation and ticketing services following company standards.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) as per guidelines.
- Handle tele-sales operations efficiently.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in person and over the phone.
- Stay updated with relevant systems and technologies.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Preferably 1+ year of experience in the airline or travel agency industry.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Strong ability to work effectively within a team environment.
