Position: Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing

Experience Required: 2–4 years
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Manage daily performance marketing tasks, including social media content
- Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPL, CPA, and overall ROI
- Improve ad creatives, landing pages, and user experience
- Conduct audience, competitor, and market research
- Support SEO initiatives and manage media buying to maximize ROI
- Track and analyze performance reports using tools like GA4, Google Ads Manager, and Meta Ads Manager
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless campaign execution
Academic Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field
Additional Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Able to work independently or within a team
