Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end booking processes to ensure exceptional customer experience.
- Verify customer documents, policies, and travel regulations.
- Cross-check and confirm transactions for each booking.
- Maintain updated travel advisories and operational guidelines.
- Communicate with customers via phone & email; process changes, cancellations, and booking updates.
- Coordinate with external partners including airlines, hotels, and GDS systems.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to workflow optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize customer query resolution time.
Requirements
- Minimum undergraduate degree from a reputed university.
- Strong proficiency in English & Bengali (reading, writing, speaking).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy: MS Office, CRM, and ability to adapt to new tools.
- A team player with a positive attitude, responsibility, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Relevant experience in operations or customer service is an advantage.
- Flexible to work on roster-based schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to adapt to new processes and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
