Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end booking processes to ensure exceptional customer experience.
  • Verify customer documents, policies, and travel regulations.
  • Cross-check and confirm transactions for each booking.
  • Maintain updated travel advisories and operational guidelines.
  • Communicate with customers via phone & email; process changes, cancellations, and booking updates.
  • Coordinate with external partners including airlines, hotels, and GDS systems.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to workflow optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize customer query resolution time.

Requirements

  • Minimum undergraduate degree from a reputed university.
  • Strong proficiency in English & Bengali (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy: MS Office, CRM, and ability to adapt to new tools.
  • A team player with a positive attitude, responsibility, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Relevant experience in operations or customer service is an advantage.
  • Flexible to work on roster-based schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to adapt to new processes and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
