The position involves managing legal and compliance documentation, supporting ISO and regulatory audits (ISO 27001, PCI DSS, ISO 9001), coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to licensing, policies, SOPs, and internal standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage legal, compliance, and contractual documents (policies, SOPs)
- Maintain structured filing systems (digital & physical) for compliance
- Support ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and ISO 9001 (QMS) compliance and audits
- Coordinate with internal teams for audits, certifications, and regulatory submissions
- Track licenses, renewals, SLAs, and internal compliance activities
- Prepare compliance, investigation, and training reports
- Review agreements to ensure accuracy and alignment with stakeholder input
- Handle regulatory enquiries and provide audit-related administrative support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in any relevant discipline
- 3–5 years’ experience in compliance, audit, documentation, or related fields
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage technical & non-technical teams
- Certifications in Compliance, Labour Law, Internal Audit, or Quality Management (PGDRCM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor/Implementer preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office and document management tools
- Strong understanding of PSP, PSO, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, ISO 9001 standards
