Job Responsibilities
- Respond to guest calls, requests, and issues by coordinating with relevant departments (Sales, Data Administration, Accounting).
- Apply effective sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty and satisfaction.
- Manage and approve guest complimentaries (e.g., rewards points, gift vouchers, show tickets).
- Promote Marriott brand image across internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Process Marriott Rewards point redemptions, reservation requests, modifications, and cancellations via phone, fax, or email.
- Enter and update guest information accurately in Marriott systems.
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, emailing, typing, and documentation.
- Support Sales & Marketing operations and assist in team motivation and training.
- Ensure professional grooming, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies.
- Deliver high-level guest service through professional communication and proactive support.
- Maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and support team objectives.
- Monitor team performance to ensure consistency and quality standards.
- Handle documents, reading materials, and operational tasks efficiently.
- Perform physical tasks such as moving and carrying items up to 10 pounds when required.
- Execute any additional duties assigned by management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Supervisory Experience: Not required.
- Certification: Not required.
