Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel, a premium Marriott International brand, is looking for service-driven and detail-oriented professionals to join the Rooms & Guest Services Operations team. 🛎 Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and special requests.
- Handle payments, billing adjustments, and issuance of room keys.
- Coordinate closely with Housekeeping to track room readiness and guest concerns.
- Operate the hotel telephone switchboard, handle calls, messages, and guest inquiries.
- Provide accurate directions, information, and transportation arrangements for guests.
- Prepare and review daily operational reports, contingency lists, and authorization reports.
- Maintain proper handling of cash transactions, vouchers, paid-outs, and change.
- Follow up on all guest requests to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Report safety concerns, protect company assets, and maintain confidentiality.
- Uphold professional grooming standards and deliver exceptional guest service at all times.
📌 Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: No prior experience required (freshers may apply).
- Skills:
- Strong communication and customer service orientation
- Professional demeanor and teamwork mindset
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to handle lightweight items (up to 10 lbs)
