Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries about holiday packages and visa services
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, and package details
- Manage bookings for flights, hotels, transfers, and tours
- Guide clients on visa requirements and documentation
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and travel documents
- Provide pre-travel and post-travel support
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
- Good knowledge of global destinations & visa procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and booking tools
- Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
- Team player with a service-oriented attitude
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
- Preferred: Business Studies, Tourism & Hospitality
- Additional training in travel operations is a plus
- 0–3 years of experience in holiday sales, reservations, or visa operations
Salary & Benefits
- BDT 15,000 – 30,000 (based on experience)
