Position: Foreign Station Marketing Representative / Officer, Apply By: 25 November 2025
US-Bangla Airlines Ltd., the largest private airline in Bangladesh, is expanding its marketing operations across multiple international destinations. We are inviting dynamic, proactive, and self-driven professionals to join our Foreign Station Marketing/Counter Team to strengthen our brand presence and sales network abroad.
Job Location: At first Various Domestic stations & then Foreign Stations.
🎓 Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) will be considered an added advantage.
- Business graduates majoring in Marketing are preferred.
đź‘” Experience & Requirements:
- Age between 26 to 35 years.
- Proven track record in aviation sales and marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in airline, travel, tourism, or related industries in an international environment.
- Prior experience in airline marketing or sales at foreign stations will be preferred.
🚀 Key Responsibilities:
- Â Achieve sales targets through effective client acquisition and relationship management.
- Â Explore new business opportunities and develop strong corporate accounts.
- Â Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Â Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and contribute to strategic sales planning.
- Â Collaborate with internal teams to execute promotional campaigns and revenue strategies.
-  Handle and manage clients’ queries or issues
- Â Develop and implement marketing plans and promotional activities in line with corporate strategy for the assigned foreign station.
-  Identify and establish relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients to enhance  ticket sales.
-  Coordinate with the Head Office Marketing & Sales team to ensure consistent brand communication and campaign execution.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and passenger preferences to support pricing and route strategies.
-  Organize marketing events, trade shows, and joint promotions with key partners to increase brand visibility.
- ·Ensure effective utilization of marketing budgets and maintain proper documentation of all promotional  activities.
- Prepare and submit periodic marketing and sales performance reports to the Regional/Head Office.
- Â Support station management in achieving revenue targets and improving customer engagement.Â
- Represent US-Bangla Airlines professionally in local markets, ensuring alignment with company values  and brand image.
