bdfare Bangladesh Limited, one of the country’s leading B2B travel technology companies, has announced a new career opportunity for the position of Executive / Senior Executive, Corporate Sales at its Banani office in Dhaka.

Position Details

  • Job Title: Executive / Senior Executive – Corporate Sales
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years (corporate sales in travel/tourism preferred)
  • Employment Status: Full-time (On-site)
  • Location: Level 9, Plot 48, Road 11, Block F, Banani, Dhaka 1213

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture long-term corporate client relationships for flights, hotels, visas, and holiday packages
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through research and networking
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets to drive revenue growth
  • Prepare proposals, present solutions, and negotiate contracts
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, IT, support) to ensure service delivery
  • Maintain after-sales support and client satisfaction for repeat business
  • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and corporate travel demands
  • Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of proven corporate sales experience (preferably in travel/tourism)
  • Strong professional network in the corporate sector
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Target-driven with ability to work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Passion for travel and a client-first mindset

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: 20,000 – 35,000 BDT (based on experience & skills)
  • Yearly salary review
