Position Details
- Job Title: Executive / Senior Executive – Corporate Sales
- Experience: Minimum 2 years (corporate sales in travel/tourism preferred)
- Employment Status: Full-time (On-site)
- Location: Level 9, Plot 48, Road 11, Block F, Banani, Dhaka 1213
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture long-term corporate client relationships for flights, hotels, visas, and holiday packages
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through research and networking
- Achieve individual and team sales targets to drive revenue growth
- Prepare proposals, present solutions, and negotiate contracts
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, IT, support) to ensure service delivery
- Maintain after-sales support and client satisfaction for repeat business
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and corporate travel demands
- Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of proven corporate sales experience (preferably in travel/tourism)
- Strong professional network in the corporate sector
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Target-driven with ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
- Passion for travel and a client-first mindset
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 20,000 – 35,000 BDT (based on experience & skills)
- Yearly salary review
