aviation.com.bd’s CSR Initiative “Wings for All” – Free Aviation Training for Youth in Bangladesh
Bangladesh’s first aviation and tourism listing platform, aviation.com.bd, is once again bringing back its flagship CSR initiative — “Wings for All 2.0”, with renewed vision and greater opportunities
Bangladesh’s first aviation and tourism listing platform, aviation.com.bd, is once again bringing back its flagship CSR initiative — “Wings for All 2.0”, with renewed vision and greater opportunities. Since its inception, aviation.com.bd has been working to transform Bangladesh’s aviation and tourism industry into a modern digital ecosystem, where service providers, professionals, and students come together for access to information, training, and networking opportunities. The platform currently offers service listings, professional training programs, and networking facilities, while also creating opportunities for underprivileged youth through free training programs as part of its social responsibility.
Earlier in 2025, aviation.com.bd successfully launched the first edition of “Wings for All,” where twenty-five selected participants from different districts of Bangladesh received free training on Basics of Aviation Ground Operation through online live classes. Upon completion, participants were awarded certificates, and many shared that the training had given them a new sense of direction and confidence in pursuing a career in aviation.

As part of the initiative, HB Aviation & Tourism Institute, a renowned Aviation Training Centre, also set a remarkable example of collaboration by awarding the top performer with a sponsored complementary Air Ticketing course.
Encouraged by the success and positive feedback from the first batch, aviation.com.bd is now introducing “Wings for All 2.0.” This year, priority will be given to candidates who are genuinely interested in building a career in aviation, those from remote areas of the country, and those who are financially challenged but remain eager to learn. Applications will remain open until 30 September 2025, and classes will begin on 10 October 2025. Like the first edition, the program will be conducted online through live interactive sessions, and twenty-five selected participants will receive certificates upon successful completion.
Applicants must have at least an HSC or equivalent qualification, along with basic knowledge of English and proficiency in computer and internet use. To apply, candidates are required to submit an updated CV, a copy of their latest academic certificate, and a short Statement of Purpose of no more than 200 words explaining why they should be selected for the program.
aviation.com.bd believes that “Wings for All 2.0” is not just a training program but a story of transformation. By creating skilled human resources and opening doors for the next generation, this initiative aims to inspire young people across Bangladesh to reach for the skies.
