Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in Bangla & English
- Patience, responsibility, and ability to multitask
- Prior experience in customer support/call center/service desk is a plus
- Proficiency in handling calls, chats, and social platform queries
Key Responsibilities
- Assist B2B agents via phone calls, online chat, and social platforms
- Resolve issues promptly and provide real-time support
- Ensure proper logging, tracking, and follow-up of customer queries
- Maintain service quality standards while supporting clients
