Job Overview
Fly Ghuri, a growing Online Travel Agent (OTA) operating in both B2B and B2C travel segments, is currently inviting applications for the following positions:
Responsibilities & Context:
· Deal with customer inquiries and reservations, both in person and over the phone·
· Provide customers with information regarding flight schedules, fares, and connections·
· Issue tickets, and other travel documents·
· Help passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling and special needs·
· Assist customers with problems that may arise during travel·
· Process ticket changes and refunds·
· Assist in other duties such as scheduling flights and handling customer complaints·
· Ticketing: Issue tickets, process reservations, and handle booking modifications while adhering to airline policies and procedures.·
· Problem Resolution: Address passenger concerns, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to supervisors or management as needed.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience:
3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Airline, Travel Agent, Manpower Recruitment, Tour Operator
Additional Requirements:
Age 25 to 35 years

Salary: Tk. 15000 – 35000 (Monthly depend of Experience)
